It's time for a general meeting! Everyone will share what has been going on with Nerdy and the Greek, WSUCon, etc.

Discussion of tech-talks will take place after the meeting.

We're going to plan some WSUCon stuff, and get some general business out of the way if we have any of that. This is a great meeting to attend if you'd like to have an influence on the largest LAN party in the Palouse or you're just interested in getting involved with the LUG for 2009!

It's finally time for a meeting again! This meeting is going to center around two things. First, we will be discussing what officer positions are available and what they entail. This is so prospective or returning officers can get a feel for what they want to run for. The second topic is going to cover what it is people would like to see done in the upcoming semester such as cleaning up the LUG office, another WSUCon, etc. The meeting will be BYOP (bring your own (damn) pizza) as I'll be rolling rolling down to Little Ceasars in my car before the meeting if anyone wants to go.

Chad Selph will be presenting on the Zend PHP web framework. He'll be covering the basics of it, giving some examples, and comparing it a bit to Django. Come with questions!

This Thursday, 18 Sep, at 6PM in the Sloan 5 Patrick Kramer will be discussing embedded systems. Patrick is a member of the WSU Robotics club where he often spends time working on the embedded systems in the bots.
