Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
While going over my program, updating it for the next release, I found a somewhat serious bug. The bug is not from my code, but rather a long standing bug in the programming language.
