LUG Schedule
Hey... Last year it worked well to have presentations for each LUG meetings _at_least_ 2 weeks in advance. I notice on the schedule page we don't even technically have a meeting planned for November 4th. What's the topic of choice? I think I am still the official secretary, although I haven't hit a single even yet this year. (Apologies)
P.S. I keep hearing mention of a LAN party? Be nice if someone would post information of it on the "LAN Parties" section of the page if they so felt obliged. I would like to know what's up. hehe.

I've sent a request for ideas
I've sent a request for ideas to lug-general for our next meeting (Nov. 19). We can tag on a GPG key-signing party (http://www.cryptnet.net/fdp/crypto/gpg-party.html) if people would like. I also think it'd be a good idea to have at least one talk planned two weeks in advance, but only plan on having one of them present (the other is a fall-back filler).

Check Lan Parties > archives for past LAN parties. Dave is in charge of the Up All Night LAN parties (he's doing a good job so far). He'll post them in that section as they are scheduled, whenever we get a big one planned, it will be posted there as well.
